You're likely familiar with the song "Higher Love" by original vocalist Steve Winwood. Whitney recorded her version in 1991 and it was intended to be part of her third album, according to legendary producer Clive Davis. Recorded back when Whitney was at the top of her game, her version of "Higher Love" was first heard in 1990 at a performance in Tokyo.
