On Tuesday (December 26), the 43-year-old posted a smoking hot shirtless photo with the JAY-Z lyric, "Movin' snowflakes by the O-Z." His abs look perfectly chiseled, and the grin on his face is priceless. Even though the star of the USA Network thriller Shooter is in short sweats and a beanie surrounded by snow, he doesn't look the least bit cold - which only makes him that much hotter.
