Post Malone & Swae Lee Team Up For "Sunflower" from New 'Spider-Man' Movie

After joining forces on beerbongs & bentleys' "Spoil My Night," Post Malone and Swae Lee have come together again for a new song called "Sunflower" from the soundtrack for the upcoming animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

On "Sunflower," Posty and Swae trade verses, and each take a turn singing the chorus, "And you're left in the dust/ Unless I stuck by ya/ You're a sunflower/ I think your love would be too much/ Or you'll be left in the dust/ Unless I stuck by ya/ You're the sunflower."

In a video posted to Twitter earlier in the week teasing the song, Swae Lee said of the track, "It's gonna be a big song. Like, this song is really dope. The vibes ... never heard before, never seen before, all original. The beat is crazy. It's just really majestic, it's a majestic record."

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse

The official soundtrack for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is set to be released on December 14th, and "Sunflower" is the first taste of the album. The soundtrack is a collaboration between Sony Pictures Animation and Republic Records to create a set of songs that span multiple genres, including Hip Hop, Latin and Pop to "portray what a teen like Miles (the main character of the film) is listening to in headphone across the country."

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse will be released in theaters on December 14th. The animated film's cast includes Nicholas Cage, Hailee Steinfeld, John Mulaney, Jake Johnson, Liev Schreiber, and more.
