Talk about putting on a show!
DJ Snake surprised his fans to the max during his Friday night (April 12) Coachella set when he reunited with his "Taki Taki" collaborators â Cardi B, Selena Gomez, and Ozuna â for one heavy-hitting performance.
The crowd went wild when the foursome came together on the Outdoor Theatre stage to perform their hit for the first time all together live. Their well-received surprise performance concluded with cannons exploding with glitter on-stage and Selena and Cardi giving one another a big hug.
The show also marked Selena's return to the stage as it was the first time she's performed in nearly a year. It was also her first time ever performing at Coachella in her decade-long career. However, it was a trip down memory lane for both Cardi and Ozuna, who performed at Coachella last year.
As fans know, Selena's last on-stage performance was in May 2018 during her bestie Taylor Swift's "Reputation Tour."
While joining her BFF on-stage, Selena delivered a heartwarming speech about her friendship with the 29-year-old singer. "Are you guys having a good night? I have to say thank you to my best friend of about 12 years, almost 13, and the reason why she has been one of my best friends is because this person has never ever judged a single decision Iâve made," she told the crowd. "Sheâs always met me where Iâve been. Sheâs encouraged me when Iâve had nothing to be encouraged about, and I donât know if I would be as strong as I am if I didnât have you and your family because youâve changed my life. Andâsheâs going to kill me afterâbut honestly, thank you for the bottom of my heart for supporting someone who I know is the most beautiful, strong, independent woman Iâve ever met. So thank you as a best friend."
