Carly Pearce sent a sweet message to a fan who got injured in a recent car crash.
Danielle Sparkman, 23, was involved in a scary car accident earlier this month that landed her âtwo ambulance rides, multiple CT Scans, a broken bone, and a lot of stitches.â
Thankfully, Sparkman survived the incident with no permanent damage, but her car was âcompletely totaled in the crash,â which transpired as she was headed back home to Memphis after attending Pearceâs February 13 performance at Nashvilleâs Listening Room venue.
âThe medical bills from the ambulance rides alone are going to cost me a fortune and Iâm running on a servers salary since Iâm still a student in college,â Sparkman wrote on a GoFundMe page set up in her name. âAnything would help and even if you just send prayers my way that would be a huge help too!â
âSaturday night was one of the worst days of my life. Iâve got a LONG recovery ahead of me but thank you @carlypearce for putting on one hell of a show that night, I love you!!â Sparkman tweeted with a selfie of her and Pearce at the concert alongside a photo of her damaged car.
The tweet eventually made its way to Pearceâs team, which prompted the âCarelessâ singer to reach out to Sparkman personally via Zoom to help raise her spirits by speaking with her and performing music from her new album, 29. During the Zoom call, Pearce says sheâll also be donating to the fundraiser before signing off with well-wishes.
âJust know that Iâm praying for you and Iâm so sorry that that happened to you,â Pearce tells Sparkman, who shared the sweet interaction on Twitter.
