Starring Kevin Bacon, from the minds at Blumhouse, comes an LGBTQ+ slasher fest film with the debut of "They/Them" on the Peacock streaming service August 5. The film's final trailer has dropped and shows of more of the plot and interactions with the conversion camp staff. To say this film might be sensitive for some is probably an understatement.
As a fan of the genre, I can say I'm genuinely curious to watch the film and see how they handle LGBTQ+ issues. My fear may be from the fact the film might hit a bit too close to home for anyone who's ever been bullied or told they were 'less then' by family members. It may open some old wounds or scars... so I would say, watch this at your own discretion.
