The #1 HOTTEST place to move right now is San Jose, California!
Turns out it’s San Jose, California, thanks to huge home value growth and a high number of job openings per person. Home values are expected to rise 9% over the next year, with the median home value over $1-million, and the median rental price at $3,514 per month.
