The reporter reached out to the named client who until then had no idea he was even part of the case. He confirmed he’s married – to a woman – has a child – and is a web designer himself. Colorado’s Attorney General confirms the situation. Lawyers have revealed that this opens the potential for a rehearing, with the hope to have it stricken from the books.
