Little Monsters are one step closer to hearing new music from Lady Gaga after the "Shallow" singer shared a look at her in the studio actively "making music" and being "happy as ever."
Gaga took to her Instagram on Thursday (July 18) to share some black-and-white photos of her in the studio, sharing snaps of her in front of a microphone and looking focused as she seemingly works on LG7. Calling the process her own form of "meditation," she expressed excitement for fans to experience her new era.
"Just me in the studio — happy as ever making music," she wrote. "feel so grateful, heart is peaceful. It's like meditation. I can't wait for you to hear what I'm working on."
The post saw love from many fans in the comments, including from other artists like Kesha, who told the Joker: Folie à Deux star to "Feed us mother!!!!"
Gaga has reportedly "never been happier" about the music she has been making recently, a source told People, and has been "feeling the most creative she's ever been."
Fans have been eagerly awaiting a new album since Gaga released her last studio album nearly three years ago, 2021's Love for Sale with the late Tony Bennett, a year after releasing Chromatica in 2020. Since then, she has dropped the single "Hold My Hand," featured in Top Gun: Maverick, and worked with The Rolling Stones on 2023's "Sweet Sounds of Heaven."
