Taylor Swift has never shied away from sharing the spotlight with her beloved cats.
The pop megastar is also a proud cat mom, often sharing photos with her three cats: Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson and Benjamin Button. In one post, for example, the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker shared a photo with Benjamin Button from her TIME Person of the Year cover photoshoot. Swift's Instagram caption shared why she opted to endorse Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election, and proclaimed herself a “Childless Cat Lady” in her signature.
Over the years, Swift has shared many Instagram posts dedicated to her cats. Some of them include selfies with Olivia, a video of the moment Swift first met Benjamin while filming the music video for “ME!” (featuring Panic! At The Disco’s Brendan Urie), photos with other celebrities and their cats (including Paula Abdul), and a tribute to National Cat Day on October 29. On this day in 2019, Swift posted: “Hug your cat today. Or don’t, if your cat hates hugs. But anyway. Happy [National Cat Day] from me, Olivia, Meredith, and Benjamin. 😸😸😸👱🏻♀️”
