Bars and restaurants are still trying to get back on their feet following the COVID-19 pandemic. Gov. Newsom is trying to keep the economic recovery going by announcing that restaurants and bars will be able to continue to operate street parklets and also sell to-go cocktails. This only applies to orders with food and not bars that don't currently serve food. The new rule will remain in effect until December 31st.
