The quarantine from COVID-19 has made it really difficult for people to celebrate their birthday's but the Clarksville community really came together to help a little girl feel special on her 8th birthday!
Jason Norman, dad of Jacee, shared this video with us of Jacee walking out and seeing her driveway decorated in sidewalk chalk. The driveway was decorated by local neighbors in Clarksville and Jacee's response is PRICELESS!
